We are advising the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles World Airports on a $4.9 billion Automated People Mover (APM) train system at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - the first APM system to be procured through an availability payment P3 delivery model.

Our experience representing more than 80 public infrastructure agencies across the U.S. spans the entire contracting and procurement process. We draft procurement and contract documents and negotiate the terms of those documents through industry engagement processes such as one-on-one meetings and procurement period design discussions.
