Our attorneys have the opportunity to develop and strengthen a broad range of competencies through training, mentoring, evaluation and advancement. We encourage them to be actively involved in their own development and take advantage of resources and opportunities provided to achieve their professional goals.
We also recognize that having a life outside of the Firm is a critical part of being a successful attorney. Full-time associates have a minimum billable requirement of 1850 hours. Public service is important so up to 100 hours of work on approved pro bono matters may be credited toward satisfying the hours requirement.
