We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting the Firm’s Finance operations. The Billing Coordinator’s key responsibility is to generate, edit and prepare monthly pre-bills and subsequent invoices and appeals for submission to clients accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the members of the Finance team, as well as Attorneys and Legal Secretaries as needed. The Billing Coordinator must also demonstrate expertise in all facets of the electronic billing function, which may include split and other complex billing arrangements.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Specialist to play a key role in the Firm’s financial reporting, analysis and pricing strategies. The duties of the position include creating a variety of financial reports, along with pricing and budgeting tasks. As part of the Business Analytics team, the Business Analytics Specialist will conduct financial analysis, pricing and matter budgeting, as well as monthly ad hoc reporting.
We are seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This position is responsible for the planning, maintenance and support of the Firm’s financial system, Aderant, as well as architecting, supporting and maintaining the Intapp workflow and database environments. This position assumes responsibility for technical troubleshooting activities and acts as the point person for resolution of financial systems-related service requests. This position uses broad knowledge of IT disciplines, including client-server, security and database infrastructure, to sync data between various Firm financial and enterprise systems.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, Office Administration Director, business development team and other administrative staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Firm.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Secretary to support the Firm’s Litigation practice. The Legal Secretary will be primarily responsible for providing case management, administrative and general secretarial support to assigned attorneys. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience, a thorough working knowledge of the Federal and State court systems and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including strong skills with Microsoft Word.
