We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting the Firm’s Finance operations. The Billing Coordinator’s key responsibility is to generate, edit and prepare monthly pre-bills and subsequent invoices and appeals for submission to clients accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with the members of the Finance team, as well as Attorneys and Legal Secretaries as needed. The Billing Coordinator must also demonstrate expertise in all facets of the electronic billing function, which may include split and other complex billing arrangements.
We are seeking a dynamic Legislative Executive Assistant to work closely with our Government Relations Group where we work to shape policies that impact our community and state. This position supports those members through communications, calendar management, meeting coordination, assisting with correspondence, document and report preparation and completing other administrative duties.
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to work with the Firm’s litigation-focused groups. The Litigation Paralegal will support the Firm by performing a variety of duties to assist attorneys through the commencement, discovery, trial, settlement, mediation and appellate phases of the Firm’s litigation matters. The Litigation Paralegal works under the supervision of the Firm’s Practice Support Director and will be located in the Seattle office.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounting operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The Senior Accountant will work closely with internal teams and take direct ownership of essential accounting processes, including time entry close, general ledger close and year-end close. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and experience to manage these responsibilities with minimal supervision and should have hands-on experience with Aderant, a solid understanding of law firm accounting principles and experience in managing general ledger entries, business taxes, partner equity and more.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the Firm’s enterprise systems and networks. Candidates for this position must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and datacenter technologies. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is part of the IT Infrastructure Department that supports all Firm offices and co-location facilities. This position can be hybrid remote or fully remote, with a strong preference in the cities of the Firm’s offices, and reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Specialist to take a lead role in Firm-wide recruiting efforts for associate and counsel attorneys, summer associates and paralegals and to support partner recruiting as needed. The Senior Recruiting Specialist will be an integral member of the Talent Management Department and will work closely with practice leaders and others in firm management to recruit strategic hires.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Secretary to support the Firm’s Infrastructure Group and other transactional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience (ideally with previous experience in Infrastructure and Environment & Land Use) and should be proficient with Microsoft Word including styles, hyperstyles, tables and creating/formatting complex documents. The position will be hybrid remote (onsite 2+ days per week) in our Washington, DC office and will report to the Legal Support Services Supervisor.
