Barney Allison participated on several P3 panels during the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) Workshop held on September 11-13, 2019 in Chicago, IL.
Barney served as a panelist for both the Introductory and Intermediate Sessions of "Public Private Partnerships – P3 - From Consideration, to Structuring, to Closing" on September 11th and 12th. He also participated in "P3 Hot Topics and Case Studies of P3 Projects" on September 13th.
The panels provided an in-depth discussion of the P3 transaction process and related issues, including value for money analysis, due diligence and allocation of project risks, authorizing statutes, and tax issues, as well as describing several recent P3 projects.
