Associate | Infrastructure (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Denver, Austin, Phoenix or Washington, DC)

We have an immediate opening for an associate in our world-class Infrastructure Group in our Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Denver, Austin, Phoenix or Washington DC offices. We offer the broadest and deepest infrastructure practice in the U.S., focusing on the innovative delivery of large public civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, excellent academic credentials and experience in construction law, real estate law, public contract law and/or transportation regulatory law. Professional or academic background in engineering, construction and/or project finance is desirable. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership of significant projects.

The salary range for the position of 3-6 year Associate at Nossaman is $185,000 to $235,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for various annual bonuses including a bonus of 15% of base compensation should they meet Nossaman’s 1,850 annual billable hours expectation.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
