Counsel | Litigation (Denver)

We are seeking a litigation counsel with 8+ years of experience to join our Denver office. This role will be focused on a variety of litigation matters, with a particular focus on de novo trials and constructions claims litigation. Ideal candidates will have outstanding research and writing skills, strong hearing and trial experience, and the ability to manage and take ownership of multiple cases and matters efficiently and effectively. We offer a hybrid work schedule and a collaborative, collegial work environment. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.

The salary range for the position of 8+ year counsel at Nossaman is $175,000 to $225,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,800
