On January 5, 2017, the Ninth Circuit closed the book on almost five years of litigation over Pattern Energy’s Ocotillo Wind, a 265 megawatt wind energy generation project located on federal land in Imperial County, CA.

We assisted the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish in halting the release of captive wolves by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service within the State of New Mexico without first obtaining the required importation and release permits.
