Guiding Downtown Properties Group in the Acquisition of the Cupertino Gateway Complex Leased by Apple

We represented Cupertino Gateway Partners, a group of Asian investors, in its acquisition of the Cupertino Gateway Complex. The property is a three-building campus, in two separate jurisdictions, leased entirely by Apple, totaling over 218,000 rentable square feet. A few years later, we represented the owner in the sale of the building.
