Thomas Dover, Amy Freeman Recognized as “Visionaries” for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Efforts

Thomas Dover and Amy Freeman were recognized by Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing in its “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility: Visionaries” supplement, which focuses on individuals making a difference in the DEIA field. As noted in the supplement, individuals recognized are “leading the way in their respective organizations and business sectors.”

Thomas is noted for his role as “chair of Nossaman’s Intellectual Property Group" and for "co-leading the Privacy/Data Security Group.” He is also highlighted for working with “e-commerce and digital distribution entities to conform the privacy efforts to an ever-changing landscape, including the EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act.” Thomas, a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, was previously honored as a diversity visionary in 2022 by the Times.

Amy was highlighted for her role as “chief talent officer and co-chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee at Nossaman, with 30 years of experience in talent management and administrative operations.” The Times added, she “manages all aspects of talent management at the firm, including employee benefits, recruiting, professional development and DE&I initiatives. Her extensive background includes leading human resources for a statewide law firm and holding executive roles in national and regional nonprofit organizations.”
