Overview

Amy Freeman is an experienced talent management and administrative operations professional who has worked extensively within the legal and non-profit sectors.  She oversees all talent management functions at Nossaman, including employee benefits, workforce policies and procedures, recruiting, professional development and the Firm's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Nossaman, Amy served as the top human resources professional at a statewide law firm, overseeing multiple functional areas including talent acquisition, change management and organizational development and training.  Furthermore, she held executive team positions at several national and regional non-profit organizations.   

In addition to her master’s degree, Amy has earned two senior HR certifications (SPHR® and SHRM-SCP).  She also is an active member of PIHRA.
