Karla MacCary Recognized Among "Most Influential Women Lawyers"

Real Estate Group Co-Chair Karla MacCary was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) in its 2019 Most Influential Women Lawyers" supplement. The supplement highlighted a select group of the region’s outstanding women attorneys that served as the lead on high-profile matters over the past year.

In the supplement, the LABJ highlighted Karla’s work representing developers in the acquisition and disposition of such projects as office buildings, hotels, condominiums, industrial properties, retail centers, mitigation properties, multi-family and undeveloped land…[and] landlords, tenants and governmental entities in leasing of commercial and industrial properties, port properties and ground leases. The LABJ also noted her work representing the Port of Long Beach in negotiating amendments to some of the Port’s most significant leases and preferential assignment agreements.
