Infrastructure Group Earns "Southern California Practice Group of the Year" Honor
In its inaugural Southern California Practice Groups of the Year supplement, The National Law Journal (NLJ) named Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group as the winner in the Government Contracts category. In its profile of Nossaman, NLJ noted the work the Firm performed on projects such as the University of California, Merced campus expansion project and the South Mountain Freeway project in Phoenix. Patrick Harder, Chair of the Infrastructure Practice Group, was interviewed for the NLJ profile. During the course of his interview, Mr. Harder commented that he enjoyed working in the infrastructure practice area because It allows [him] to work on unique, complex projects with the most well-respected public agencies in the United States and the world, and it is rewarding to work in an area where [our clients’] projects will have a long-term, positive impact on society in a variety of areas--including transportation, education and commerce.
For its Southern California Practice Groups of the Year supplement, NLJ spotlighted 15 law firms practicing in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego that demonstrated excellence in practice areas critical to the Southern California economy and legal community. From this group of firms, NLJ’s editors selected the standout firms across four practice areas as winners. To determine a winner, the editors considered factors such as the size and importance of matters handled and the creativity used in securing positive results for clients.
