Nossaman’s Government Relations & Regulation Group was once again recognized in Bloomberg Government’s Top-Performing Lobbying Firms report. The 2024 report, in its tenth consecutive year, highlights firms that led the industry, focusing on those that reported $1 million or more in lobbying revenue in filings with the U.S. Senate and U.S. House. The Group was also recognized in the 2023 report.

Commenting on the firm’s performance, Nossaman Government Relations & Regulation Chair Fred Dombo said, “It’s a testament to the high-level work we do for our clients to be included on the list.”

Our Government Relations & Regulation Group has a proven track record of working with lawmakers, regulators and the executive branch that is the result of strong relationships coupled with in-depth, substantive knowledge in key industries. The Group also possesses an exemplary record of accomplishment advocating on behalf of private businesses and government clients in front of both the state and federal legislatures and administrative agencies. We assist clients for whom a ballot measure is the most appropriate way to resolve an issue.

The Group’s federal and state ethics and compliance legal practice provides counsel on lobbying registration, election laws and gift rules. Our lawyers advise Fortune 500 companies, associations, non-profits, advocacy groups, candidates and officeholders on the intricacies of complex campaign finance and government ethics laws.

Bloomberg Government's annual analysis of the lobbying industry offers unparalleled insights into the dynamic landscape of lobbying. Federal lobbying spending topped $4.5 billion in 2024, making gains that outpaced inflation — a noteworthy milestone given that Congress had other distractions in an election year.
