Nossaman Expands Real Estate Group, Orange County Office with Addition of Joseph Haney
Orange County, CA — We are pleased to announce that Joseph Haney has joined our Real Estate Group as a partner in the Orange County office. He joins from Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
Joseph focuses his practice in the area of real estate, where he advises owners and developers in the acquisition, development and leasing of real property. He negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements and conducts due diligence investigations of real property, including reviews of title, environmental conditions and land use conditions, and advises clients regarding the same. He also advises clients with regards to real estate leasing and finance.

Joseph holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, an M.B.T. from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California. For 2005, Joseph was named a “Southern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
