Paul Weiland Named One of California's "Top 25 Land-Use Attorneys"

Nossaman Partner Paul S. Weiland was named to the Daily Journal's inaugural list of California's Top 25 Land-Use Attorneys, featured in its April 27 "Real Estate Special Report."  Mr. Weiland is lauded for his work on several cases involving the protection of fish native to California, including the Delta smelt, salmon, and steelhead trout. The ultimate goal for his clients, Mr. Weiland says in the article, is to "advocate for 'balancing species and environmental needs with .. an adequate water supply' for people and farms."
