On April 24th, William Bassoff will present “Recent Developments in Eminent Domain and Relocation” during the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 28 63rd Annual Education Seminar. William will discuss the new relocation regulations as well as interesting, recent and pending eminent domain cases with a focus on Arizona and specifically the State v. Foothills Reserve opinion of the Arizona Supreme Court (1/28/2025).
