Fred Fudacz, Gina Nicholls and Alfred Smith presented "Groundwater Adjudications and Litigation Alternatives in the Era of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA)" on June 7, 2018 as part of Nossaman's 2018 Water Webinar Series.

This webinar explained the adjudication process from the perspective of water rights attorneys with decades of experience litigating these matters. It included a discussion of the largely untested comprehensive adjudication law and its interrelationship with SGMA.
