Overview
Sejin Brooks represents clients in real estate and eminent domain matters, such as land use/zoning, condemnation and property disputes. He has two decades of experience in eminent domain litigation and other dispute resolution methods, and has handled thousands of parcels through acquisition, including more than 400 cases through Special Commissioners’ Hearings in Texas. His broad range of clients include commercial real estate, landowners, tenants and government entities.
Sejin effectively approaches issues by balancing the immediate and long-term needs of clients and by applying his experience in both legal and business negotiations. Prior to joining Nossaman, Sejin was an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Transportation Division and represented the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) primarily in condemnation matters, as well as various other litigation matters.
