Overview
With a focus on insurance recovery, Hadhy Ayaz has experience in all aspects of trial and appellate litigation for clients across different sectors including health, technology, finance and social media. Hadhy’s experience includes developing trial strategy, drafting and arguing pretrial motions, preparing witnesses and briefing appeals in both state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and the D.C Circuit.
Prior to entering private practice, Hadhy clerked for Justice Peter J. Rubin of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and was a student attorney at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. During his time at Harvard Law School, Hadhy also served as research assistant to Professor Deborah Anker and contributed to the 2020 edition of her leading treatise, Law of Asylum in the United States.
