Water Practice Partner Fred Fudacz Recognized By NLJ As A Litigation Trailblazer

Nossaman Water Practice Group Partner Fred Fudacz was recognized as a Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal (NLJ) for 2016. Mr. Fudacz was recognized for his work on a number of landmark water matters throughout his career—including his work with Apple Valley Rancho Water Co on a water rights adjudication for the Mojave River Basin, which was eventually heard before the California Supreme Court and is now considered one of the nation’s seminal water rights cases. The National Law Journal also highlighted Mr. Fudcaz’s litigation work on water contamination  issues for clients in  California’s Santa Clarita  Valley and San Gabriel Valley.
