Congratulations, Award Winners

The Bar Association of San Francisco applauds the recipients of the BASF Award of Merit, the Barristers Club's Outstanding Barrister Award, and VLSP's Outstanding Volunteers in Public Service Award. These awards, given at the December 12 annual luncheon, recognize professional excellence, leadership, and dedication to the community.

Awards of Merit

Brendan Macaulay is a senior associate at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott, where he is primarily a business litigator. He has been involved in the School-to-College Program and has found working with the students and with STC founder Therese Stewart a very rewarding experience.

Patrick Richard is a partner at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott, with significant experience in commercial disputes and toxic litigation. He is recognized for his work with the School-to-College Program. "It has been an affirming experience to work with young people," he says. In the future, he hopes to see the program expand to reach younger kids in high school.
