Presidio Parkway Contract Signed, Court Date Set

Nossaman was mentioned in the Project Finance article "Presidio Parkway Contract Signed, Court Date Set."  The article discusses the commercial close of San Francisco's Presidio Parkway public-private partnership project and the lifting of a temporary restraining order on the project which allowed the contract to be signed.   The California Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the San Francisco County Transportation Authority, awarded the contract to Golden Link Concessionaire, LLC, a consortium led by Hochtief PPP Solutions North America and Meridiam Infrastructure North America.  Nossaman serves as legal advisor to the California Department of Transportation.
