Nossaman Relocates Los Angeles Office to 777 South Figueroa

LOS ANGELES (August 1, 2011) – Nossaman LLP has relocated its Los Angeles office to 777 South Figueroa Street, the law firm announced today.  The new space, which occupies the 34th and 35th floors of the building, accommodates the Firm's growth and offers clients access to state-of-the-art technology.  The Firm was in its previous location at the Union Bank Plaza at 445 South Figueroa Street since 1968.

While still in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with easy access to courthouses and freeways, Nossaman's new 44,000 square-foot space features a convenient hospitality kiosk for visitors in the reception area that will offer information on local amenities and attractions. The design leverages modernized technology, providing centralized wireless access throughout the office and sophisticated audio and video conferencing capabilities.  An internal stairway connects the floors and enhances the bright, modern architecture of the space. 

To ensure the renovation was environmentally responsible, Nossaman retained much of the veneer paneling, casework and high density shelving that already existed in the space and utilized sustainable materials wherever possible, including Green Label Plus Certified flooring. Additionally, the updated lighting is 33% more energy efficient than that of the previous tenant.

Known as 777 Tower, the 52-story building was developed in 1991 as the vision of architect César Pelli.  It consists of a sculpted, white metal and glass exterior and features a three-story Italian marble lobby.  The high-rise is adjacent to the 7+Fig retail center, which offers numerous shopping and dining facilities.
