Nossaman Quoted Regarding COVID-19's Impact on Rainmaking

Chris Flaherty, Nossaman’s Chief Business Development Officer, was quoted in the Law360 article, How COVID-19 is Upending Law Firms' Everyday Rainmaking.

The article examined how law firms are responding to the spread of COVID-19 and what impact the virus is having on business development.  In discussing these challenges, Chris noted that events are in the spotlight.  Whether hosting programs, attending seminars or giving presentations, the decision to proceed, postpone or cancel is impacting business development.  He further noted that on the client side, COVID-19 presents attorneys with an opportunity to apply what they know about their clients' business operations to help them plan.  Everything from supply chain contracts and fulfillment obligations to workplace safety and employee leave policies may be impacted.
