Nossaman infrastructure team hired to work on proposed High Desert Expressway

Nossaman is mentioned in a Best Syndication News article regarding the High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Authority (JPA)'s planned expressway. The JPA Board of Directors has hired Nossaman to assist with structuring the deal. Once completed, the expressway will alleviate congestion between Southern California towns Palmdale and Victorville as well as provide another channel for freight transportation.
