Nossaman Hosts 2nd Annual West Coast Ambulatory Surgery Center

Nossaman LLP hosted the 2nd Annual West Coast Ambulatory Surgery Center Seminar on October 6, 2015 at the City Club in Los Angeles.  Building on the success of this event in 2014, Nossaman expanded the program to include multiple breakout tracks, sponsorship opportunities, an exhibit hall, and an impressive roster of industry experts who discussed key areas of importance to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). 

Led by Ron Grace, Seminar Chair, this half-day program featured a keynote address by the national and California ASC Association leaders on the current state of the ASC industry; breakout sessions on higher acuity of care, trends in ASC mergers and acquisitions, strategies for managed care contracting, and employment/HR issues; and a closing session that highlighted the USPI and Tenet Health joint venture.  Seminar panelists included Beth LaBouyer, Executive Director of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association and Bill Prentice, CEO of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, alongside several Nossaman attorneys and other industry experts.  Click here for more information about the program and seminar agenda.
