Nossaman Honored By IRWA

Nossaman was recently honored by the Los Angeles chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). The Los Angeles chapter--which is known as IRWA Chapter 1, and was the first IRWA chapter established--named Nossaman its "Employer of the Year" in the large employer category. The Firm was honored at a luncheon held in Los Angeles on May 16. Additionally, Artin Shaverdian—who attended the event to accept the award and is a Partner in Nossaman’s Eminent Domain and Valuation Practice Group—was recently elected the President-elect of the IRWA Los Angeles Chapter (Chapter 1). Nossaman attorneys Bradford Kuhn, Chair of the Firm’s Eminent Domain and Valuation Practice Group, and Bernadette Duran-Brown, a Partner in the Group, were also in attendance at the luncheon. IRWA is a not-for-profit association founded in 1934 that is dedicated to the advancement of right-of-way and land acquisition work as a fully recognized profession. It has approximately 80 chapters internationally.
