N.C. Mid-Currituck Bridge to ACS Team

Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group is mentioned in the Public Works Financing article, "N.C. Mid-Currituck Bridge to ACS Team" as the legal advisor to the North Carolina Turnpike Authority. The Authority's board is expected to select ACS Infrastructure Development in January as its potential partner for the development of the $700 million Mid-Currituck Bridge, the state's first PPP project. ACS would then work under a pre-development agreement which provides ACS with the right of first refusal if the project progresses to a concession. The article reports that ACS was selected over two other competitors in a best-value selection.
