More Attorneys Are Jockeying for Public Projects
Lloyd W. Pellman is quoted in the Daily Journal article, "More Attorneys Are Jockeying for Public Projects." The article discusses a refocusing among law firms on public agency work.
Mr. Pellman is quoted as saying, "as public-private partnerships develop in the U.S., public agencies will increasingly depend on outside firms for specific expertise. Firms are aware of this."
He cautioned, "I think a lot of firms are going to try to make a pitch for it, even though they may not have direct related experience from the past."
