Infrastructure Group Again Profiled as a "Project Finance Practice Group of the Year"
Nossaman's Infrastructure Group was once again profiled in Law360 as a result of being named a "Project Finance Practice Group of the Year" for 2019 - the Group has been named a "Practice Group of the Year" in this sector three out of the last four years. The article (paid subscription required) highlights the Group’s efforts over the last year working with public agencies on projects including the massive projects …underway at Los Angeles International Airport, which are the latest [projects] in a line of multibillion-dollar initiatives undertaken by the Infrastructure Practice Group.
The article notes that the Group’s deep bench of more than 30 infrastructure attorneys have honed their expertise in the public-private finance space, enabling the firm to score marquee projects like the financing for an Automated People Mover (APM) train system at LAX. The APM is a $4.9 billion project that Law360 calls a substantial component of the work at LAX in which Nossaman has been instrumental.
