I-4 Ultimate Project Receives Three Industry Awards

Nossaman would like to congratulate the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the I-4 Ultimate project's recognition by various industry publications. The project was named the "Americas Transportation Deal of the Year" by Project Finance International, the "North American Transport Deal of the Year" by IJGlobal and the "2014 Deal of the Year" by Trade Finance magazine.

A Nossaman team, led by Patrick Harder, advised FDOT on the $2.3 billion deal, which is the largest availability payment-based public-private partnership transaction in the United States to date. The I-4 Ultimate project is the third transportation PPP project in Florida developed through an availability payment structure.
