Geoffrey S. Yarema, Chair of Nossaman's infrastructure practice, was interviewed on the American Public Media Marketplace radio show. As an appointed member of the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission, Mr. Yarema was asked to discuss the Highway Trust Fund's impending deficit and provide his thoughts on some of the options Congress will be weighing. Mr. Yarema said that a gas tax hike would be, "the most-conventional outcome. And because it's conventional, I suspect it will get very serious consideration."
