Nossaman Partner Karla MacCary was mentioned in the Daily Journal article "Bank-Owned Santa Barbara Land Trades Hands" about the purchase of 160 acres of residential land in Santa Barbara County from a lender for $3 million.  Ms. MacCary represented Burton Mesa LLC in its purchase of Clubhouse Estates, comprised of 48 residential lots in the unincorporated area of Vandenberg Village near Lompoc.
