AECOM, KPMG and Nossaman Win Washington State PPP Contract

Nossaman is mentioned in the Project Finance article "AECOM, KPMG and Nossaman Win Washington State PPP Contract," on June 30. The Firm, along with AECOM and KPMG, was selected by the  Washington State Joint Transportation Committee as its public private partnership (PPP) consultant. Work will include explaining project structures to state legislators, identifying barriers to implementing PPPs, developing a comparative financial model for PPPs versus other financing models, developing screening tools for candidate projects and an implementation plan.
