Verdicts and Settlements

Nossaman Partner Tom Long was mentioned in the Daily Journal's "Verdicts and Settlements" section regarding the updated verdict in Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority v. Parsons-Dillingham Metro Rail Construction Manager Joint Venture, et al. in which the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) was awarded $93.2 million.

The Daily Journal noted that LACMTA filed a suit against the defendants, Parsons Transportation Group, Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, Dillingham Construction, and their joint venture entity, claiming costs were overstated for construction management related to a contract between the two organizations.

Mr. Long represented LACMTA in trial.
