Shant Boyajian Quoted In Law360 On Wish List For Trump Administration's Infrastructure Plan

Shant Boyajian, an Associate in Nossaman’s Infrastructure Practice Group and the lead author and negotiator on the  Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act—the largest infrastructure bill in US history—was quoted in the Law360 story What’s On Attys’ Wish List For Trump’s Infrastructure Plan.

In the article, Mr. Boyajian noted that he hoped the plan would build on existing federal infrastructure funding and infuse additional revenue into our infrastructure backlog to generate the maximum impact possible. The administration can do this by using new funding to spur state and regional infrastructure owners to maximize total investment and find the most efficient way to deliver value for taxpayers’ hard-earned dollars."
