People & Places: Andrée Blais

Project Finance featured the addition of Andrée Blais to Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group in their "People & Places" section.  The article noted that Ms. Blais "has worked on PPPs, including during a stint with the Alberta government, and her first engagement at Nossaman will be the Indianapolis justice centre [sic] PPP."
