Nossaman Makes New P3 Hire

The addition of Andrée Blais to Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group was featured in the Infrastructure Journal article "Nossaman makes new P3 hire." The article highlighted Ms. Blais' experience advising on Canadian P3 projects working with the Alberta government, including the Alberta schools bundle project.  The article also noted that Ms. Blais began her law career as a law clerk for Justice Frank Iacobucci of the Supreme Court of Canada.
