The article explores how—in a highly competitive market—midsize firms should respond to a request for proposal. Discussing Nossaman’s strategy in this area, Chris stated that the firm has developed an 11-question evaluation, completed before the firm commits to preparing a response, to prioritize our efforts. This allows the firm to focus on the best opportunities while helping it be more strategic when asking attorneys to invest hours.
