Chris Flaherty, Nossaman’s Chief Business Development Officer, was quoted in the ALM Mid-Market Report article, ‘Client Value’ Roles Are All the Rage In Big Law, But Midsize Firms Are Quietly Taking Notes.
The article explores how both large, global law firms and prominent midsize firms are dedicating more resources to manage client relationships. Commenting on Nossaman’s efforts in this area, Chris said that Nossaman prioritizes initiatives aimed at client retention and engagement, including conducting formal client interviews. [We] regularly have George Joseph, our managing partner, our client relations manager, or me, sitting with clients to learn as much as possible about their experience working with Nossaman.
He added that the feedback received during client interviews is enormously helpful in learning how to better partner with individual clients and their personnel and, as an added benefit, the client interview feedback helps to direct our internal professional development efforts.
