Nossaman Expands Operations in Pacific Northwest with Addition of Preeminent Environmental and Litigation Attorneys Leslie Nellermoe and Michael Wrenn
Seattle, WA — Nossaman has expanded its presence in the Pacific Northwest and added Leslie Nellermoe to its Environment and Land Use Practice Group and Michael Wrenn to its Litigation Practice Group, they join the Firm as Partners in the Seattle office. Leslie and Michael were founders and name partners of well-known Seattle litigation and environmental regulation firm Nellermoe Wrenn.

With more than 30 years of experience, Leslie focuses her practice on contaminated property and waste management issues, advising clients on the cost-effective cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated property under state and federal authorities. She has represented owners and operators of commercial and industrial facilities, small and large buyers, sellers and lenders involved in contaminated property cleanups and transactions in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Michael, a seasoned litigator who has been practicing for more than 35 years, has represented some of the world’s largest companies in groundbreaking and complex litigation including environmental litigation, insurance recovery and commercial litigation. He is a nationally recognized expert in the field of insurance recovery, and has been lead counsel in more than 20 multimillion dollar lawsuits seeking coverage for environmental, business interruption and construction defect claims against insurance companies.
