North Tarrant Express P3 Reaches Financial Close

Nossaman was mentioned in the InfraAmericas article "North Tarrant Express P3 reaches financial close."  The publication reported that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 (NTEMP3) have reached financial close on the USD 1.35bn North Tarrant Express Segment 3A and 3B public-private partnership (P3).  NTEMP3 is a consortium led by Cintra, and includes Meridiam Infrastructure, Dallas Police and Fire Pension System and APG.

The project is a P3 concession with TxDOT to develop, design, finance, operate and maintain the 5.5 mile NTE Facility Segment 3A managed toll lanes, including the 1.2 mile IH-35W to IH-820 interchange, and to operate and maintain the 3.5 mile NTE Facility Segment 3B managed toll lanes.
