Nossaman Names New Practice Group Leaders for Corporate, Environment & Land Use, Healthcare, and Litigation
Nossaman LLP has named new partners to chair the Firm's Corporate, Environment & Land Use, Healthcare, and Litigation Practice Groups.
Ron Grace will lead Nossaman's Corporate Practice Group. Attorneys in the group provide a full range of business, transactional, tax, and employee benefit services to businesses at all levels – from individuals to large public companies – at all stages of their growth and development, from formation through dissolution.
Paul Weiland will resume a leadership role for the Firm's Environment & Land Use Practice Group, a position that he previously held from 2008 through early 2011. The Environment & Land Use group helps landowners, developers, homebuilders, and public agencies to entitle, finance and develop innovative projects.
Mary Powers Antoine will combine nearly three decades of legal experience in the healthcare industry with a previous career as a registered nurse as she takes the helm for the Healthcare Practice Group. Nossaman's healthcare clients include hospitals and other delivery systems, managed care organizations, research organizations, surgicenters, and discount plans, as well as practice entities and individual professionals.
David Graeler will chair the Firm's Litigation Practice Group. As a member of the trial team that recently represented the FDIC in obtaining a $169 million federal jury verdict against three former officers of the failed bank IndyMac, Mr. Graeler will lead Nossaman's group of experienced litigators who represent clients throughout the country in all stages of litigation, from pleading and summary judgment through trial and appeal.
