Managing Partner George Joseph Quoted In Daily Journal On Firm's Charitable Efforts On 9/11
George Joseph was quoted in the Daily Journal article, Nossaman Gives Back On Sept. 11, which provided an overview of the Firm’s charitable efforts in California in remembrance of the terrorist attacks on 9/11. These efforts included volunteering at the Second Harvest Food Bank in Orange County, the Fallbrook Food Pantry in the San Diego region, the Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center in Los Angeles, and the Sacramento Food bank in Northern California.
Mr. Joseph said that as part of the Firm’s Do Good Things charitable program, Nossaman has collaborated with a number of organizations, including the nonprofit, MyGoodDeed, "a pro bono client the firm has helped over the last 10 years to make September 11 a national day of service. Fred Dombo, Chair of the Firm’s Public Policy Group, has worked diligently with MyGoodDeed since the organization’s founding, providing pro bono assistance on a variety of projects.
Commenting on Nossaman’s work, MyGoodDeed and 9/11 Day Co-Founder, David Paine, told the Daily Journal that he was extremely grateful for all the pro bono work Nossaman has done for us over the years. They have never wavered in their support and have consistently offered us critical legal and public policy assistance that furthered our goals of honoring the anniversary of 9/11 through service and good deeds.
