Law360 Names Infrastructure Partner Nancy Smith as a Transportation MVP

Nossaman Infrastructure Partner Nancy Smith was profiled by Law360 in December 2016 after being selected as a Law360 MVP for Transportation. Ms. Smith was a member of a small group of attorneys recognized nationally as a Transportation MVP by the publication.

The article highlights Ms. Smith’s  work leading some of the country’s most innovative projects, including Maryland’s  $5.6 billion Purple Line Light Rail Project, a 16.2-mile light rail system that will extend from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George's County, intended to significantly improve mobility between the Maryland suburbs and Washington, D.C.

Law360 also noted  Ms. Smith’s  work on the $1.2 billion design-build contract recently awarded by the Orange County Transportation Authority concerning a project to widen I-405 between SR 73 and I-605 in Orange County, California.
