Indiana Closes on Louisville's New East End Crossing Over Ohio River IN-KY

Nossaman was mentioned and Partner Barney Allison quoted in the TOLLROADSnews article "Indiana closes on Louisville's new East End Crossing over Ohio River IN-KY."  The article reported that Nossaman's client, the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA), has reached commercial close with WVB East End Partners designing and building the East End Crossing, a new toll bridge and linking highways on the northern outskirts of the bistate Louisville metro area.

The article noted that Nossaman attorneys advised the IFA on the P3 procurement.  Mr. Allison was quoted as saying that "the project is an 'excellent example' of bistate cooperation."  He also noted that "the Midwest is embracing P3s and that the selection of major international groups demonstrates their interest in the US market."
