Illiana Corridor P3 RFQs to be Issued This Fall

Nossaman was mentioned in the InfraAmericas article "Illiana Corridor P3 RFQs to be issued this fall."  The article reported that Indiana and Illinois will issue separate RFQs for the Illiana Corridor this fall.  The Illiana Corridor is a proposed 47-mile access controlled highway facility that extends from I-55 in Illinois to I-65 in Indiana.  Each state will draw on its respective P3 legislation to deliver its section of the project.  Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2015.

Nossaman was listed as the legal advisor for the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Indiana Finance Authority ("INDOT/IFA").
