David Graeler, Nossaman's Litigation Practice Chair, Interviewed on KNX1070 on Eminent Domain Issues Related To US-Mexico Border Wall

David Graeler, the Chair of Nossaman's Litigation Practice Group, was interviewed on KNX 1070's "KNX In-Depth with Ron Kilgore and Charles Feldman" show.  The interview examined the eminent domain issues that will impact President Trump's initiative to construct a wall along the southern border of the US.  During the interview, Mr. Graeler offered commentary on a number of eminent domain related issues--including how the federal government would go about acquiring privately owned land for use in construction of a border wall, the timeframe to acquire such land, and the administrative process that must be followed before taking  possession of such land.
