Trio of Firms Counsels on Acquisition of Anesthesiology Service Provider

Nossaman Partner Ron Grace was mentioned in the "Dealmakers" section of the Daily Journal for his representation of health care service company Sheridan Healthcare Inc. in its acquisition of Medical Anesthesiology Consultants Medical Group Inc. (MAC), an anesthesiology service and perioperative care provider. The Daily Journal noted that MAC is the first California-based anesthesiology practice to join Sheridan, which is based in Sunrise, FL.
