California's Million-Dollar Verdicts

The Recorder included FDIC as Receiver for IndyMac Bank v. Van Dellen in its annual supplement, "California's Million-Dollar Verdicts," recognizing those verdicts in 2012 that were $1M or more.  A Nossaman team led by Partners David Graeler, Tom Long, and Patrick Richard represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in this first major trial that ensued from the national financial crisis.  A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California found three former IndyMac executives responsible for more than $168 million in loan losses.
